If you are new to Hatha Yoga or would like to build on previous experience, this is the class for you. Each class combines Yoga philosophy and is designed to create body memory, while focusing on postural alignment, synchronizing breath, and building a foundation for a safe and supportive entry into the world of yoga.

We explore beginning level breathing and meditation practices, combined with Yoga philosophy. Each class is designed to soothe the body and mind and create a personal practice.
Mixed Levels Asana
Fridays 5:30pm - 6:45pm
Previous experience is helpful, but not essential for this mixed levels class. Each class combines Yoga philosophy and is designed to cultivate a foundation for balance, strength, and flexibility. As we learn to connect with the breath and flow with our body’s natural rhythms, an organic unfolding of self-discovery is possible.
I have been taking Tracy's Monday evening asana class - beginning level - in person, and now on Zoom, for several years. This class is perfect for me as I have some shoulder issues that prevent from taking a more challenging class. I love the way that Tracy truly embodies the practice and her additions of yoga philosophy and wisdom always elevate the whole experience.
