I participated in the November Yoga Getaway where Tracy (Chetna) led the classes. As a mom who had a baby at home, those two days were short enough to feel comfortable leaving kids behind, yet long enough to feel grounded and self-regulated. I connected with other like-minded individuals, and it seems everyone, including myself, left having learned something personal to take home. The meals were delicious (even in the absence of coffee and meat) and the grounds exude a peaceful energy that you feel in your entire body. I am more than ready to go back! - Sara B.
